🚨Projects never stop surprising us this time it’s @townsapp
The airdrop allocation ended up being 3x smaller than what was originally promised.
Criteria were unclear, and the scaling logic was reversed 😀 Normally, the more points you have, the more tokens you get. Here, it was the opposite except for a few specific cases.
@coinbilly And the biggest disappointment some cities received huge allocations. For example, based on my observations, holders of TOWNS 1 received an average of 30–40k tokens.
Now the question is: I’ve built my own community, created my own server where we hang out so why on earth do I need your TOWNS 1?
Well and honestly I don’t know if it’s worth saying that the team just made the criteria to suit themselves, decided on their own which cities are quality and which aren’t, prioritized their own, and considered the real active cities where true degens gathered not worthy.
By the way, the price $TOWNS prediction is right there on the chart, no need to thank me for the KOLL.
All of this is fine on the surface, but like so many others, you're making critical mistakes — the most damaging of which is turning your back on the very community that built you.
You talk about three years of support. Yes, it was massive. But why were ordinary users left with nothing? I’m not speaking for myself — I actually received a decent amount. And that’s precisely the issue: the only ones who got meaningful allocations were mostly influencers.
And let’s talk about the launch. Who started selling tokens if no regular users had access yet? You released the claim site three hours later — by that point, most had already claimed through the contract, essentially doing your job for you. People lost faith and started seeking alternative ways to access what should have been theirs from the beginning.
You had three full years to prepare for this day, to get it right. But instead, you followed the same path as 99% of other projects: insiders first, community last.
Sure, @jessepollak will continue to push the narrative — he’s good at what he does. But long term? This is not a winning strategy.
Good luck to everyone — I’m done here.
Hello, @Backpack team!
On behalf of the entire CIS community and beyond—considering that 90-95% of your users are from the CIS region—we would like to hear your feedback on some key concerns. We hope this will help clarify any doubts regarding the points season (or multiple seasons) that started last week.
This week, 10 million points were distributed, which effectively devalued early users who had been generating volume on Backpack since the project’s inception. Yes, I acknowledge that various campaigns during this period helped cover some costs.
However, just one week into the first season, 95% of users were shocked to see that their retrospective rewards for an entire year of activity amounted to only 2,000–3,000 points, while many new users earned 10,000–20,000 points or more in just one week.
This also applies to the blue-chip NFT collection @MadLads holders received only 250 points, while now, the same amount can be earned with just a single transaction.
Many users hoped that their retrospective points would carry more weight. However, what we see now is that, despite supporting Backpack for over a year, early users and influencers have been surpassed by those who joined much later.
Additionally, yesterday, you introduced the @Backpack Affiliate Program, which is exclusively for influencers. I was considering applying, but after seeing how points were distributed, I started to question whether it was worth it. We value our community and do not want to mislead them just for personal gain.
I am sure that you did not achieve the results you were expecting, and neither did we. However, there is still time to fix things. For example, @HyperliquidX implemented a system where earning points became increasingly difficult. But the best approach would be to develop your own system that ensures fairness. The key is to maintain the trust of early users and show that they are valued.
The current point distribution contradicts the idea that the TGE could happen right after the first season. While we are not making any claims, we are considering this possibility. Given this, the massive disparity between the points earned over the past year and those earned in just one week is unfair by any reasonable standard.
A negative example of this is yesterday’s TGE launch of @KiloEx_perp . Such projects only undermine community trust. People no longer want to emotionally invest in projects and grow with them. However, there is also a positive side: as the market cleans itself up, we will ultimately see lower competition and a healthier ecosystem.
It is no secret that 99% of projects farm points through their own wallets, and some even do so via public wallets, as @solayer_labs did—without even denying it.
After witnessing such questionable practices, how eager do you think users will be to engage with any given project? The answer is obvious.
Let’s be honest: our collaboration is a two-way street. Smart projects understand and accept this reality. We generate metrics, volume, and media exposure for you. In return, we expect fair AirDrop distribution—or at the very least, hope for it.
Hello Fantasy community. I have a suggestion on how to improve our favorite game, Fantasy Top!
Right now, we have two key functions: Burn and Level UP. Both are essential for all of us, but what if we upgraded one of them?
Here’s my idea—I’d love to hear your thoughts!
Currently, in Level UP mode, we can upgrade 5 identical cards into one improved Rare card, and even into Epic and Legendary versions.
But what if we could upgrade 5 different cards and receive one randomly improved card?
Just to clarify, I’m not suggesting changing Level UP completely—it already works perfectly. My idea is to enhance it. If a player wants to upgrade a specific hero, they can still use 5 identical cards to upgrade that hero. But there would also be an option to use 5 different cards and receive one upgraded but random card.
I believe 99% of players are waiting for this feature—it’s exactly what’s missing! Level UP would reach a whole new level.
What do you guys think about thi ? @travisbickle0x@710_eth@Fantardio @dankerwim @Khallid4397 @turkxzz
@710_eth @Crypto_Rank1 It's sad to see that there are a lot of zero-rated heroes-people, who aren't even interested in posting anything. But those who are motivated and genuinely want to get there aren't allowed.
I think, that less influential people are more motivated than spoiled and influential ones
Predicting that the voting doesn’t decide anything is the same as predicting the price of $BTC in 2030...
I gathered more than 60 votes under that post, but it turned out that wasn’t enough to make it into the top 8 who were selected (even though I’m sure very few got that many votes)
I'm deleting Twitter, And I'm giving away my entire crypto portfolio worth $1M and leaving Web3. good luck to everyone!🫡 ( Alright, just a joke—I’m already getting used to the vibe that offends in X. )
And objectively speaking, I can't help but say that Fantasy Top is the coolest SocialFi product the world has seen. I liked it a year ago when I first discovered it, and I still like it just as much now—nothing has changed in that regard!
I would be happy to hear constructive feedback and criticism if there is any.

Dear @PrimordialAA and @LayerZero_Core AKA @StargateFinance team, I’m writing to you during your office hours of 9-5pm on M-F and have no reason to believe today is a national holiday. I’d like to inform you that your Bridge contract has a critical issue. You mistakenly exposed multiple functions that allow accepting of forged messages cross-chain and gave those permissions to your contract owner - allowing you to take tokens out of any wallet at any point in time, arbitrarily draining any Stargate pool.
To fix the issue without needing to reissue your entire Stargate deployment: Transfer ownership to a new smart contract that prevents arbitrarily rugging the entire TVL. Since this is a permanent vulnerability, the new contract must be immutable, and it should not include any functionality to transfer ownership. You currently have a bug bounty program which offers 10% of funds at risk, which is $440,358,246 according to your website. You've already agreed instant rug vector is a valid critical, so please send a cheque for $44M in favor of Trust Security.
Alternatively, publicly state you are full of bullsh*t and are simply preying on smaller projects for a bit of engagement fluff.
Best of luck
