I just want to know what is the status of my redemption request given 12 days back. Neither your customer care or any bank official is intersted in resolving my complain. I am a 20 year old preferred Customer and still I am mailing daily for an update.

I think Kia India is avoiding giving reply on Fuel Compatibility. Even the GM of Eastern Kia is not giving clear reply whether my vehicle is compatible with E20 vehicle. Instead they have asked me to read the user manual. My complain ID is 02093124 over email.

Surprising even after 5 days the renewed policy is not added in Here App whereas it is written that renewed policy will be added in 48 hours. Why we have to always highlight the defiances and shortcomings. No grievances cell working. All are working as monopoly.

Not getting contract notes since last 10 days by mail. When contacted the customer care they said there is some glitch. Surprising that in 10 days they can’t rectify the glitch. Is there any other issues ???? I had already escalated the matter but no resolution given.
