Absolutely appalled by the parcel delivery service in my area.
No delivery attempt, no proactive call, and no communication. I only discovered my parcel was being returned after I called. Instead of delivering it, I was asked to travel 4 km to collect it myself.

Disappointed with d experience from @motorolaindia. My Motorola Edge 50 Fusion was functioning perfectly until a Motorola software update. Immediately after the update,d device became unusable & d service centre diagnosed a motherboard failure.#badcustomerservice#customerrights
रस्ता अत्यंत खराब असून मोठमोठे खड्डे पडले आहेत, ज्यामुळे ग्रामस्थांना दररोज त्रास सहन करावा लागतो. विशेषतः वैद्यकीय आपत्कालीन परिस्थितीत रुग्णवाहिका व वाहनांना अडचणी येत आहेत.ऑनलाईन तक्रारी केल्यानंतरही संबंधित विभाग जबाबदारी टाळत तक्रारी बंद करत आहेत.

@MSEDCL Without correcting the bill, this complaint cannot be treated as resolved. The mistake was entirely from the MSEB staff, yet the customer is being unfairly penalized.
@MSEDCL Respective authorities will again close the request without reading comments and inputting the default template message. Please do take action against them.
