I've read a new "National Security Strategy of the United States of America" document as an evening "leisure reading" and it reminded me about good old Microsoft time.

I as part of Senior Technical Leadership Program and circa 2008 we had series of meeting in the US. There was one guy, who was speaking with us, about the process Microsoft takes, to "figure out the future".

They were seeing for major scenarios for the world going forward. "Continental Drift" was one of them.

You think that you read this in 2008 and it was a distant scenario, one of four... and now it is materializing.
