Without training, surcharge compliance can quickly go south, and you can only hope it’s not when one of Visa’s secret shoppers is watching. Compliance shouldn’t just live in a binder, it should live in your staff’s daily routine and the technology they use.

How do you cut costs without risking cuts to your customer experience?

✅ Done right, it offsets fees without customer complaints.
❌ Done wrong, it risks compliance fines that start at $1,000 and climb fast.

In this webinar, PayJunction President Randy Modos breaks it all down:
• What compliance actually looks like
• Why some states are still off-limits
• How top dealerships are protecting profits and CSI

A quick Google search won’t protect your business.

Surcharging laws are not one-size-fits-all. They vary by state, and they’re changing fast.

One misstep could cost you thousands in fines, which means this isn’t the time to wing it.

In the webinar, we cover what the card brands require, how state rules differ, and why legal review should be your first move, not your last.
