And that’s telling in the fact that 3 couches cancelled there interviews to sign with another team. Saleh isn’t Vrabel and never will be. This organization just doesn’t seem to care about developing Ward. Saleh was trash with for Wilson career. Will be a shame when he does the same to Ward. I’ll give Saleh 1-3 season as head coach, hoping for 1.

If he tries to run an Offense like he did with the Jets. Ward is doomed and we win 3 games yet again. Maybe 5 just out of spite. This was a terrible hire. We needed an offensive minded HC to develop Ward. And I don’t care who the OC is. Because that is a short term fix. Seeing as the OC will leave for an HC job, if he can turn this team around. It happened with Vrabel and he’s 10x the couch Saleh will ever be.

Saleh did a TERRIBLE job with the Jets with a highly-drafted QB in Zach Wilson

Saleh was bad with gameplanning, strategy, clock management and team preparation

This is an AWFUL, AWFUL hire by the Tennessee Titans.

Should have been Mike McDaniel or Mike McCarthy to work with Cam Ward in his overall development
