Since NOVEMBER... 8 months. I have filed 2 tickets. They have both been escalated. The app thinks that I am in Canada. I am not. I do not have a postal code, I have a zip-code. It is entirely numeric and not alpha-numeric.

@steveinman Dispatcher here. There are times... And I wish my drivers could go out armed (I work the closing shift). Thankfully the worst case we have had in recent history an old lady smashed windows out with her cane, and an ex con lost his shit but we got him removed by police.

@Desirae_Writes *Snorts* get an older Beta. A Beta reader should have a strong grasp of your setting, the language, and language in general. Beyond reading for grammar, they are evaluating the art and catching inconsistencies.

@DavidKonrad24 No. I judge on 3 criteria. Quality of writing. Quality of story. Ability to evoke. If I "didn't like it" it would have failed on hitting my criteria and I would not give that author my time in the future. I would also be critical and detailed in my review.
