STOP you're wasting time. STOP WATCHING THIS.

Finding an API that actually fits your needs is hard.
There are so many similar ones out there that teams burn hours just researching which one to use.
We realized that was a problem worth solving.
Locus Pro is now substantially better at exactly that. You and your agents find the best tool for that specific job using plain natural language. Locus reads what each endpoint actually returns to make sure it fits.
The cheapest model with data access beats the best model without it
We ran 9 models from 5 labs on 82 work tasks where the answer has to come from real data. Each model ran the same tasks with and without access to paid data.
Claude Haiku 4.5 is one of the cheapest closed-source models you can run an agent on. Claude Opus 5.5 is one of the most capable (and expensive). Haiku with data finished 60% of the tasks. Opus without it finished 50%. Per finished task, the cost came out about the same.
It wasn't just Haiku. Every model with data beat the best model without it, open source included. The weakest, Grok 4.7, still finished 54%. That edge over Opus is small enough to be noise, but the direction never changed across models or task categories.
Most of the agent conversation is about which model to use. On this kind of work, what the agent could access mattered more.
Method, tasks and traces in the replies.
Introducing AgentID by @agentmail, "Sign in with Google" for AI Agents
Millions of agents already use AgentMail. AgentID lets them sign in to your app.
Integrate with the prompt below, reply with a screenshot, and we'll give you 3 months free of any AgentMail plan.
here’s how i found and enriched my leads of founders and operators to bring them together for a dinner in nyc (or hypothetically anywhere) with Locus Pro:
1. set up your environment via a mcp plugin or oauth
2. enable the respective tools (or our GTM recipe workflow)
3. give your agent the right context it needs to run the task
it will run the extension, call the right apis, and find you the right people repeatedly with less than $2
if you’re working in GTM and want to try it out, comment below or dm me! i’d love to chat :)
and for founders/operators based in nyc, my inbox is open & would love to make these dinners happen!

We just shipped a CLI for Locus Pro.
Every tool in the catalog is now one command away
Your agent gets 16,000+ tools straight from the terminal, priced per call; search with Exa, enrich with Clado, pull tweets from X and thousands more without creating a single account
Your Locus account can be set up directly on install through Okibi; the rest is handled from there
Thanks to the @Okibi_ai team for generating the CLI for us

This is the most common push back we’ve heard so addressing it dead on:
Context bloat is minimal, your agent(s) only ever receive exactly what they need
Giving an agent thousands of tools sounds good... until your context gets eaten.
That's why we only start with 8. Your agent then uses natural language search to find and load in the tools it needs on a need to have basis.
16,000+ tools; only 1,600 tokens of context.
Apartment hunting in SF blows.
We needed to find one for 3 members of our team and everything is either off-market, 5x more expensive then we want to pay, or in a bad area.
But thanks to Locus Pro it took under 2min.
We pulled live data from RentCast, Zillow, Craigslist, and AirBnB through our agent; filtered by the neighborhoods we wanted at our price range; and called the landlords.
We just killed every single web search API you're using.
We are excited to announce our partnership with parse[dot]bot to let agents use any site on the internet via API.
Parse turns any website into a typed API and Locus puts all of the endpoints on one prepaid balance with our other providers.
Travel, e-commerce, finance and more.
Turn on the ones you want, and let your agents or platform call them by use.
Live now!
We just shipped self-serve for Locus Pro, the first OpenRouter for everything.
You shouldn’t need a dozen subscriptions just to make your agent useful.
Get access to 3,300+ providers and 16,000+ agent tools all through one prepaid balance.
Sign up, paste in the MCP URL, turn on the tools you want. Your agent can use OpenAI, Anthropic, Firecrawl, ElevenLabs, Exa and thousands more without you opening a single new account.
No subscriptions or monthly minimum, top up with as little as $5.
How to set up and get started Locus Pro in under 5min.
Respond “LOCUS” and we’ll send you an invite code to try it out.
Many more announcements coming soon…
On Thursday we announced Locus Pro, today we want to show you how to use it.
We built Locus Pro so give agents access to intuitive APIs via tools and add margin to calls inside your own product.
You grab your keys and enable endpoints at your own price, all with just three lines of code.
Agents can be connected via MCP, and your catalog becomes directly available as tool calls.
You can also give your platforms users (or user's agents) access to the catalog, and create scoped connections with budgets for them specifically as well.
All of it can be set up in under five minutes.
Comment if you want early access, and I'll set up a call and onboard you myself.
