She is being said that her pension will come directly from SPARSH but the customer care of SPARSH is saying that her account is not migrated and she must contact the local branch for her pension.She is 68years old and still she is helplessly moving every week to the bank.

@DOPPW_India my father in law was an ex army and had died last year in July.Still no family pension is received by my Mother in law.We had submitted all the documents via the ZSB(berhampore,WB)to PCDAP, ALLAHABAD.But still not we have received any communication for the same.
