@Adani_Elec_Mum On 08.02.26 and 10.02.26 we didn't have power for 6-8 hours. On 09.02.26 no power for 3 hours without intimation. We called labourers to work on daily wages and they say idle bcz we were not intimated about power cut. We called 19122 multiple times but in vain. 1/2

Seven judges bench who will decide the issue of enforceability of Arbitration clause in an unstamped Agreeement constituted.
A bench of CJI DY Chandrachud, Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sanjiv Khanna, B.R. Gavai, Surya Kant, J.B. Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, will begin hearing on 11 October 2023.
This means we can expect a decision on this reference before coming Christmas vacations (as Justice Kaul is retiring on 25th December this year).

I remember how I was told that weekends are not actually holidays, you are paid for them so you have to work. We worked on all weekends for 8 - 10 hours and weekdays 12-14 hours.
I have even worked for 24 hours straight without breaks and upon falling sick I didn't get leaves.
