My parents , both 60plus, Bombay mail from mumbai to Kolkata. boarded at 9pm on 31oct and occupied seats in the 2 tier The TTE informed that their seats had been upgraded to first class but UPPER BERTH, both were forced to moved midway.Pathetic service total lack of empathy.

@DigiThane Are there any slots at all for 9th May , it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack ... entire day goes for a slot to open and then it’s gone , there is no timing ... nobody gives any assurance of the time slots
