7:32 PM SBI Branch Still Open ❗️

Right now I am standing outside @TheOfficialSBI Muradnagar branch and the bank is still open at 7:30 PM.

This is the real condition of bankers.

People think banking job is easy AC office work but nobody sees the endless pressure, late hours and exploitation behind closed doors.

Officers are still stuck inside because of live balance issues and endless workload. No fixed closing time no respect for personal life only targets and pressure.

❓Is this normal
❓Is this healthy
❓Is this the future of banking jobs

Bankers are humans not machines. Enough is enough. Work life balance is not a luxury it is a basic right.

Ground reality from #SBI today.
