@TageForHart He steered the ship incredibly well. Kept the young kids loose. Pulled the right strings. Maybe a bit “too patient” with some lineup changes but I think that’s his nature to not quickly over react. Overall - if he’s willing I don’t see a better coach to lead the team
@Kasprzak1789 I’m not ready to be optimistic yet. I’m still bitter! The better team in game 7 lost and I am wondering how many Habs fans have sold their souls to the devil for good luck and I’m wondering where I can sign up!?!?
@Ringo1256 This was one of the many thoughts I had last night while I couldn’t sleep. Seems like he brought in a crew to be able to handle the Lightning and didn’t think to add for the Habs. Although Ostlund/Helenius in the lineup plus a half decent Tuch and we’re worrying about the Canes
@Sabremetrix I’m excited to see the swings they can take. Can they entice a high profile free agent? Can they make an aggressive win now hockey trade? This team is soooo close. An off season to tinker will do wonders.
@cnilcd@abendytendy@Sportsnet The post game was brutal. They asked Nick Kypreos a question about the Sabres and he just started talking about the Habs instead… truly mind blowing
@ST_5730@MattKopnak On the contrary. He needs to move to wing and they need to find a 1C centre. The team knows it hence the exploration of Thomas. Mark my words - Jarmo will make a big splash for a 1C and the domino effect of that will be huge for Tage and the Sabres
@Sabremetrix Everyone harping on Dahlin and he’s has some bad penalties but he’s been a non issue for me. Tuch and Thompson 😬 that’s the difference there. Wow.
@NotTheJoeMarino This is what I’ve been saying too. MTL got in the playoffs and this year they were aggressive with their trades. Sabres core have proved their more than just a playoff team so now let’s get aggressive here.
