Out holiday was also cut short by 24 hours, lost £250 on a hotel, was awake for the best part of 30 odd hours and @qatarairways won’t even respond to an email and REFUSE to speak you on the phone?! Any chance of anybody even acknowledging anything from this shoddy airline?

I’m loath to do this but as @qatarairways have simply ignored us for 6 weeks and refused point blank to speak to us on the phone…..Twitter it is. We were delayed over 24 hours in Doha in December, 12 of which just sat in the airport with no information, food or drink

Food and drink was only provided after we argued with your attendant to get it. The rest of the people trying to connect to Bali miraculously disappeared (assuming you found them alternative connections). Not only were we stuck in Doha airport unable to leave for 24…..
