@Paytmcare Account manager(AM) does not reply to any mails and if ever respond they took weeks to response.Game goes on from AM to help desk

@Paytmcare Our concern is with help desk no response is given for any issue and there is no hierarchy to escalate the issue.

Account manager instead of managing the account prefers avoiding the merchant and his queries by not responding for email and calls.

Issue reported forget about response and resolution within 24 or 48 hrs they are just being reported ticket created does not get closed
