This paper represents the core of my PhD in @VicentPTLab:
🧫 Establising and characterizing advanced 3D models
💊 Optimizing them for nanomedicines evaluation
🧩 Characterizing and validating biomarkers for stimuli-responsive nanomedicines
Patient-derived organoids have become increasingly popular; however, we still find few examples in nanomedicine evaluation.
Here, we successfully established organoids in our laboratory, and applied them in polypeptide-drug evaluation and validation of a functional biomarker
Year 2025 opens an new chapter 🚀 I started a postdoctoral project at the Ghaemmaghami Lab at @UniofNottingham. I will work on a organ-on-chip to model foreign body response. Exciting opportunity to gain expertise in new advanced models, microfluidics, immunology, and more!
