The Dodgers need a spark.
The offense is aging, struggling against good teams, and now dealing with injuries to key contributors.
Meanwhile, Josue De Paula is 21 and absolutely raking in Double-A.
Maybe he’s not the answer—but isn’t it time to find out?

Over the last 30 days, the Dodgers offense has let down the pitching more times than not.
.701 OPS (18th)
.246 AVG (14th)
.310 OBP (17th)
.391 SLG (16th)
Not good enough, even if the starting pitching has been elite, and it will need to be better for the postseason.
The Dodger strategy continues to be trust the hitters to hit a home run. Nothing else. I don't get it. You have to play little ball to win games against good teams.
