@hogsslaughtered@OptumRx@FTC@ProcterGamble Have you seen the new Humana contract for brands for 2023? Immediate WAC -6% with a 10% withholding for DIR fees. We won’t be filling any brand name drugs for our Humana patients next year.
@ExposingPBMs@FTC @linakhanFTC @FTCPhillips It’s all Medicare D with Express Scripts. No pharmacy except their own pharmacy has access to drugs at this cost.
@WafflesPharm Don’t forget the “randomly selected” 200 prescription audit that happens to be only the highest $ Rx’s dispensed sitting on the back shelf that’s due next week that also happens to align with a recredentialing that somehow is also due around the same time for that PBM.
@AndreskiMike@redlgb1969@political_rx Unfortunately it's take it or leave it with contracts. If you don't want to accept the contract, the PBM doesn't care, they all own their own pharmacies anyways so less competition for them. There is no incentive for them to be reasonable.
@2_sphothiyane I dont fill these scripts. I end up transferring then to big mail order because none of the local independents want to fill them.Just showing how how ridiculous the reimbursement has become for pharmacies. Its not as noticable for people to see with small prescription drug claims
@CVSHealthPBM a 0.07% Margin on a drug that I get a 4% discount on. $1.26 profit on a drug i buy for $1853.03. I would have to fill around 850 prescriptions a day just to hopefully break even.
Montana and @FrontierMontana leading the way on exposing the fraud that PBM’s and insurance do not pass on the savings of their buying power to patients.
