Dear President @JoseRamosHorta1, I would like to bring to your attention concerns about your special envoy, @LicypriyaK, who has been spreading fake information and inciting violence between the Meitei and Kuki communities. Her influential tweets and statements carry significant weight because of her status and people trust her words.
One particular tweet about Meitei women being raped in Churachanpur reportedly had severe repercussions, leading to instances of Kuki-Zo women being assaulted, including the appalling incident of two women being paraded nude by mobs (a video that might be known to you).
As a renowned world activist, she should remember that her role transcends her own community, Meiteis. Unfortunately, she has been using divisive language against the Kukis, disregarding the importance of promoting peace and unity. Instead of appealing for peace, she appears to be using her position and the situation to further her communal agenda.
Considering your status as a Nobel Peace Laureate, you understand the significance of peace in ending the suffering of people, especially in Manipur. It would be worrisome if someone allegedly spreading fake news and inciting violence continues to represent your beautiful country, Timor-Leste, as an envoy.
Sir, I respect your authority in appointing envoys, but having a person who seemingly disrespects the dignity of women as a special envoy might not align well with your image. Despite all these her continuation as Special Envoy of Yours Highly would be seen as yourself aligning with her venomous tweets.
With Regards,

The violence continues, a young promising youth, who was defending his village, was beheaded and his severed head was put on a spike. A retired colonel broke down in the interview and yet @narendramodi & @AmitShah are still muted. #ManipurViolence#EthnicCleansing@NBirenSingh
Mizoram bound vehicles & innocent people escorted out from Silchar MZ house by @assampolice were mobbed and vandalised at Lailapur, Assam. Where were the policemen escorting them? Is this another deadly drama? @himantabiswa@ATULBORA2@TheAshokSinghal
Drama being played out by Assam govt at Lailapur with the lives of innocent helpless drivers. They did exactly the same thing last year.

Dear @sarbanandsonwal
It is deeply appalling to hear that stranded Mizoram drivers were put into harms way in the name of escort and left midway that too in the middle of the night and I request you to look into it take appropriate action @himantabiswa https://t.co/BuNkna2WIK
