In June when I landed in Nigeria; the taxis at the airport were charging 35 - 45k to Abule Egba
I walked a bit and took a cab to Along and from there booked Indrive.
Didn't spend up to 7k till I got home that night.
This is robbery
Lagos Airport bans Uber & ride-shares
Pickups now restricted to a new government app that’s far more expensive (Ikeja rides jumped from ₦6k to ₦30k).
Hack: Walk ~5 mins away from the airport and grab a normal ride-share at the usual price.
Reports say it’s temporary while they fix the system, but airport taxis are making bank in the meantime.
