Such a scam from @airtelindia, Until I recharge my yearly plan I get to listen to recharge notif for 30 sec, if I do recharge in advance to remedy this I get 15 days less because both yearly plans are active together @DoT_India please help.

Somehow it feels like you don't owe any explanation to anyone, your ITR processing time is 90 days and its now more than 130 this is just super irresponsible.

@IncomeTaxIndia I had already filed a grievance on 11th sept but no response yet, but I still tried again with the provided link and as usual there are issues in the portal, subcategory for category refund isn't populating so I can't raise again
