Hawks win back to back RMAC cups in Brownson, defeating Mines in 2023 and arch rival Mesa in 2024. The two greatest nights in program history, and this is the best one ever!

The game is over and the Skyhawks have done it! @RMAC_SPORTS tournament champions once again. @FLCMBasketball was led by @obihoops 33 points and the Skyhawks beat Mesa 86-75.

Just as the regular season has come to an end, so has the inaugural RMAC INSIDER PICK ‘EM CHALLENGE.

After picking 137 games, we have a two way tie for 1st place between Rick O’Block and Nick Pietrack.

The awards for this year’s challenge were a $250 donation in the name of the first place finisher to the basketball program of their choice and a $250 donation in the name of the second place finisher to the JoAnn B. Ficke Foundation.

With no tie breaker rules this first year, it is fortunate that both of the participants that tied for 1st place selected the Fort Lewis basketball program.

As a result, the awards will be paid as follows:
🏆 $125 donated on behalf of Rick O’Block to the Fort Lewis men’s basketball program;
🏆 $125 donated on behalf of Nick Pietrack to the Fort Lewis men’s basketball program;
🏆 $125 donated on behalf of Rick O’Block to the JoAnn B. Ficke Foundation; and
🏆 $125 donated on behalf of Nick Pietrack to the JoAnn B. Ficke Foundation.
