A clear sky at the retreat is inspiring but hard to get anything done. All I want to do is sit and gaze at this healing energy so grounding & peaceful. Your mind clears & truth surfaces when you get away from distractions. #healing #retreat #retreatlife #getaway #sunshinecoastbc

Winter hummingbirds are active as the sun rises, then moments later an eagle soars by. Join us for a retreat in the new year and be surrounded by nature. #healing #retreat #retreatlife #bcsunshinecoast

This is fantastic! I just wish it would be done sooner than 2022. They have made a huge mess.

Love this shot of the city through the islands and the point - I always try to watch it go by. Lovely crisp air on a sunny autumn morning for the commute. #retreatlife #retreat #healingretreat #love

Into the coolness of Hidden Grove today for a moment with the wisdom of the trees. There’s a shift of awareness as we breathe in clean air & listen. #retreat #heal #health #detox #align #purpose #love #peace #getaway #forestbathing #BCbeautiful

The best way to get to the Retreat is with @HarbourAirLtd. From Nanaimo to Sechelt in 20 minutes. From Vancouver city centre in 30! How does it get any better than that! #retreat #getaway #healing #healingretreat

It’s not just the view - it’s the feeling. Get yourself calm & grounded at the retreat so you can hear what you heart has to say. Away from daily stress for just a short time will reset your outlook. #retreat #healing #relaxation #mytime #detox #lifestyle #Mindset #peace #love

Epic day on the deck today watching a couple of orcas dip and dive.

[Cynthia Miller, CHt @PeacefulCynthia]

The stars last night were so interesting with different constellations than what we see in winter. Comfy in our gravity chairs we can lay back to view. Feeling part of all that is. #retreat

A pop of colour in a drizzly world is what everyone needs. The air is misty here at the Retreat but we’re creating visions of light. #love
