@Iyoaiye_ Peter Obi did not refuse to pay his rent. Peter Obi was ready to pay for a flat instead of a duplex which he requested. When he approached Atiku, Atiku also felt the same way and gave him money for a flat. You know this story. So the loud mouth can't pay his rent afterall.😄🤣
