@TheNepCompany 70 is the max stat for ability regen so you have a good stat spread. Ditch the health stat for pve that is the pvp stat. Get a exotic from xur if you can, it will provide t5 stats even if its not your ideal exotic. Lastly try to match your heavy weapon element to other guns.
