Btw, I’m seeing a lot of misinformation relating to this new story…This statement from Taylor Farms, along with the “false positive” claim from the FDA, does *NOT* mean that we don’t know the source of the outbreak! The source of the outbreak is still Taylor Farms iceberg product from central Mexico, which we learned through interviews with sick patients and the traceback investigation.

Here is the timeline:

1. FDA traceback was to a farm in central Mexico that produces 5-pound bags of shredded iceberg lettuce for the food service industry.

2. Taylor Farms, as a precaution, recalled ALL iceberg lettuce from central Mexico.

3. FDA claims it found a positive OUTSIDE of the scope of that recall.

4. FDA then claims that was a false positive.

But even if it was a false positive, that still doesn’t change #1 and #2. A lot of folks tuning in late (or intermittently) to the story are skipping that part.

So let me get this straight. Taylor Farms lettuce gets linked to the cyclospora outbreak. The CEO visits the White House and donates to Trump. Then the FDA says the positive finding was a “false positive.”

Nothing suspicious about that at all.

i think the worst part of this Noah presale is losing all hope of getting future concert tickets. every single show for every artist I have tried, I have been 30k+ in the queue, with no chance of getting tickets. its just sad this is what concert going culture has become :(
