Try this challenging sequence for some yoga variety to your Munro Step Challenge steps, Peakers. 👟🌎
One minute of dynamic yoga translates to 72 steps, so set your timer ⏰ and get moving. Repeat these transitions 3 times each before moving to the next:
Cow to Cat
3-Legged Table Top to Knee to Nose
3-Legged Table Top to Tricep Press (think: Chaturanga arms)
Lizard to Wide Legged Half Split
Yogi Squat to Wide Legged Forward Fold
Half Moon to Warrior 2
Warrior 2 to Reverse Triangle
Side Lunge Back of the Mat to Front of the Mat
Twisted Lunge to Low Lunge.
Repeat on the other side after flowing through your Vinyasa.
