But guess what? Its 6:30pm, i am in my pyjamas bottoms, and i haven't done anything all day. My kids cleaned the house to the best of their ability, did the laundry, surviving on cereals and bread. While i lay on the sofa exhausted. Could it be my 40's bones?

I had a perfect Saturday planned in my head. Wake up 6am. Clean and tidy the house, sort out laundry, make banging meals for my family then head to the local market by mid day to prep for the coming week.
