You need to get an MRI to see it, and, more importantly, see it go away as you optimize your health.
Animals in the wild react immediately...or they die. Humans need to warm up before sprinting because they're diseased.
Start getting rid of your visceral fat, and in the meantime, warm up before working out. But know that the need to warm up is a sign of unhealthiness.

It depends on the microbiome, but most people eat way too many carbs.
