PebblePost

Drive incremental revenue across CTV and Programmatic Direct Mail, powered by $100B+ in first-party transaction data.

CTV has a proof problem.

Most campaigns can't connect ad exposure to actual sales, so marketers are left defending budgets with metrics that don't hold up in a boardroom.

Performance CTV is our answer to that.

It's built on real purchase data, and it's designed to show you exactly what your #CTV spend is actually driving.

See how it works in 30 seconds.

Some of the best conversations we had this year happened in person.

Over the last few months, we've spent time with marketing leaders from brands we admire, at their offices, over meals, and at events.

Some are partners we work with every week. Others are brands we’re still getting to know.

All of them made time to talk through their goals, challenges, and how they plan to grow their business.

To the marketing leaders who share their time and perspective with us, thank you!

CTV campaigns can deliver strong ROAS and still leave marketers wondering: Did the campaign generate incremental revenue, or reach consumers who were already likely to buy?

That question starts with audience selection. When audiences are built around signals that suggest interest rather than verified buying behavior, even strong performance metrics can paint an incomplete picture.

In @streamingmedia, Amit Nigam, our SVP of Product, explains why marketers need to connect audience data, campaign targeting, and incrementality testing from the start to understand what their #CTV investment actually delivered.

What makes a marketing test worth running?

We dug into that question during our @Adweek House session with @VirginVoyages, “The Science of Taking Bigger Swings.”

A few ideas from the conversation stood out:

A test becomes valuable when it changes a decision.

That requires data you can act on. A campaign can generate conversions and still create little incremental business. Performance tells you what happened. #Incrementality tells you how much of that outcome happened because of the marketing.

When you can connect your marketing to verified purchase behavior, you have a stronger basis for deciding where the next dollar should go.

The dashboard metric that looks best isn’t always pointing to the biggest growth opportunity. The better question is: where can the next dollar create incremental growth?

That takes trust between partners. You have to be willing to say spend more, spend differently, or don’t spend at all.

And the real value of testing compounds over time. Each experiment should give you something you can apply again, across audiences, channels, products, or the broader business.

Thank you to Nathan Quinn, Melissa Racklin, and Alison Weissbrot for a great conversation on what it takes to test with more rigor, learn faster, and make bigger swings with confidence.

Most Q4 strategies are built around five days.

But 46% of U.S. adults will start holiday shopping as early as this month, per eMarketer.

The key to seizing that opportunity: Treat Q4 as a multi-month performance program.

Here's how to make every week count:

1️⃣ Test audiences, creative, and offers in October.
There’s still time to learn what works before competition peaks. In aggregated Q4 2025 PebblePost campaigns, conversions increased 145% from late September to late October.

2️⃣ Sequence audiences throughout Q4.
Your best audience in October may not be your best audience in December. Across Q4 2025 PebblePost campaigns, lookalike audiences drove up to 6x iROAS, while retargeting and CRM audiences delivered up to 20x iROAS.

3️⃣ Build incrementality into measurement.
Q4 demand can make almost any campaign look good. Build holdout groups into your campaigns from the start to understand how much revenue your marketing actually created.

4️⃣ Keep optimizing after Cyber Week.
Holiday demand doesn’t disappear when Cyber Monday ends. Q4 retail data shows incremental revenue and iROAS remained strong through mid-December, giving brands more time to capture demand.

Remember: Q4 doesn't start on Black Friday. Launch early, measure #incrementality, and keep going through December to maximize holiday revenue.

When every brand is getting festive, clarity stands out.

After more than a decade of helping leading retailers maximize holiday revenue, we’ve seen which creative choices consistently help shoppers notice, understand, and act.

Here are five holiday direct mail best practices worth putting to work in Q4:

🎄 Use holiday color selectively. Keep your brand recognizable while adding seasonal relevance.

🎁 Curate gift guides. Make choosing easier with a focused selection.

🏷️ Lead with one offer. Give shoppers one clear reason to act.

⭐ Put best sellers front and center. Start with products shoppers already want.

🏠 Show products in context. Help shoppers picture them in their own lives.

We broke down all five, with real-world examples from J.Crew, COS, Cotopaxi, Athleta, Michael Kors, and more.

How do you tell a meaningful customer signal from noise? We tackled that live with @LampsPlus at #eTail Connect West yesterday.

In a fireside chat, Lamps Plus Director of Direct Marketing Nicole Naderi and PebblePost SVP of Product Amit Nigam discussed how customer journeys are shifting, which signals matter most, and why testing and #incrementality should drive investment decisions.

Nicole gave a candid look at how Lamps Plus operates: testing new audiences and channels, learning fast from what doesn't work, measuring incremental lift, and using that data to decide where to invest next.

A huge thank you to Nicole for sharing her team's real-world approach, and to Amit for representing PebblePost.

💡 The biggest takeaway: Incrementality is the difference between guessing and truly knowing what works.

Travel and hospitality marketers are up against it.

Long consideration cycles, fragmented booking paths, and seasonal demand swings make it especially hard to prove what's working.

That's our sweet spot.

We help leading brands turn traveler intent into incremental bookings through purchase-data-driven Programmatic Direct Mail and Performance CTV.

If you're heading to Digital Travel Summit next week, DM us to set up time to connect with Steve Jones in person.

He'll happily share how PebblePost can help you:
- engage in-market travelers when they're ready to book
- drive bookings outside peak travel periods
- increase repeat bookings, upgrades, and lifetime value
- prove real revenue impact across booking channels with closed-loop measurement

We'd love to compare notes on what's working in travel and hospitality marketing right now.

Most retention marketing gets credit for sales that would have happened anyway.

Next week at #eTail Connect West, our SVP of Product, Amit Nigam, will join Nicole N., Director of Direct Marketing at @LampsPlus, onstage to unpack how to distinguish real incremental growth from existing demand.

Lamps Plus has leaned hard into testing since launching Programmatic Direct Mail with PebblePost, using holdout tests and incrementality to cut through the noise.

They'll discuss how Lamps Plus decides what's worth acting on, where each channel fits in the retention mix, and how they get buy-in to shift spend when the data points somewhere else.

If you're headed to eTail, catch "The Customer Signals That Drive Long-Term Growth" on Sept. 24 at 4:20 p.m.

🚀 A new chapter for PebblePost 🚀

Please join us in welcoming our new Chief Executive Officer, Adam Soroca!

With more than 25 years in ad tech, Adam has built and scaled companies across mobile, #programmatic, CTV, and omnichannel advertising. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at Magnite, where he led global product strategy and helped advance its #CTV and omnichannel capabilities.

He joins PebblePost at an exciting moment as we expand from our Programmatic #DirectMail roots into Performance CTV and a broader purchase-powered approach to marketing.

Here’s what Adam had to say about stepping into the role:

“PebblePost has built a foundation that every marketer needs right now. Purchase data is the most predictive signal in marketing, and PebblePost has operationalized it across channels in a way no one else has. I’m excited to help scale this capability and unlock even greater commerce outcomes for brands.”

We’re excited to have Adam leading the next chapter as we help more brands use real purchase behavior to find who will buy next, drive incremental revenue, and get more from every marketing dollar.

Welcome to the team, Adam!
