Ahhh the Topsham Smokie - first made in 1978 when we moved to The Globe. bought yellow smoked Haddock from Marinepro - fish processing plant where Halyards is now. Poached in milk with bay leaves. Cheddar sauce with the milk, add mash pots & mix. top with more cheddar & grill !
