Not the biggest trophy, but let's respect the grind.
New roster, barely any scrims, two weeks abroad without PC access outside of officials, bouncing from city to city, no days off, pure lovely chaos. And still, the boys decided to show up and fight.

Far from perfect. Plenty to fix, and not much time to do it. But that's the grind, and we are not slowing down.

Thanks to the real ones who stuck with us through it all.

After more than two years spent in @NexusGamingRo its time to move on.

From this day im no longer manager of Romanian organization.

I would like to thank @ang_v2 for the opportunity in time when no one expected two of us to work together. I have nothing but respect for him and whole organization.

Special thanks to all players and coaches i had chance to work with during my time there.

With all being said, im now open for new opportunities.
Im interested either in Sales & Partnerships, as thats what im doing for 10+ years, or Talent/Team Management, something that i also have a lot of experience with, especially scouting young talents and work on their development.

Right now im doing sales on a freelance basis and in 2025 i have closed $400,000+ in partnerships both in esports and iGaming. This year i already closed ~$100,000.

VRS is great because Valve provided an open-source model, but the model is pretty useless as theres no data to actually test it

I decided to change that and recreated the matchdata within 0.04% of Valves data. Repo link🔗in the comments
