According to @alanshearer Rice can’t get his hand out the way, despite it being raised and pulling Boly down. Rice not even looking at the ball. VAR doesn’t even check it. Jump to another game, ball hits underside of Dunks arm and it’s a penalty. 🙄 #NFFC
