But that lawsuit is NOT the end of things if California indeed counts these possibly illegal ballots.

The DOJ and the Labor Department say the Santa Clara data company shut qualified U.S. workers out of multiple jobs it was filling through the PERM green card sponsorship process

A company is only supposed to sponsor a foreigner if no qualified American is available. Cloudera didn't give Americans a chance

DOJ sued the company back in April, and Labor had already suspended its PERM processing before this deal
