However, 5 days out of the week you are getting PAID to LEARN! Of course the institution who is giving you so much requires you to staff, take call, etc. which are also learning opportunities for you #perspective Negative attitudes like this will only hinder our profession 😔 smh

I would NOT be the pharmacist I am today w/o the rigorous training residency provides to you! Some tweeters love to complain…but if you are a PharmD student questioning if residency is worth the sacrifice, I am here to tell you, YES! Put in the time and you will see the rewards!

Last month of residency & I have a few thoughts.. the many hours on call, staffing, clinic, teaching certificate, projects, manuscripts, etc. ARE WORTH IT! I could not have done it without the people in this pic & the support of the pharmacists and physicians @nationwidekids TY!

Since World Prematurity Day was yesterday, I guess it’s no better time to announce I have accepted a job at @nationwidekids as a NICU clinical pharmacy specialist! I will be joining a team of 9 other NICU pharmacists at NCH and couldn’t be more excited! 👶🏼❤️
