Being fair, I also picked the red in mavuikas eyes.

But your argument about sharing traits is kinda thrown out the ballpark with other variants like Dr.Mei(era:zero) and Dr.Mei(hi3rd) being completely different people who only share half a similar-ish goal

Kiana herself or K-423 however IS a form of sirins past consciousness along HoV who is Sirins hate after the split. Sirin never " possessed Kiana " HoV isnt Sirin just like Kiana isnt, they're more like fragments of Sirin.
