Last Friday marked the end of my final summer internship @RoyalFreeNHS in beautiful London.

I shadowed pharmacists across multiple specialties and contributed to a clinical audit on OTC post-op medicines and discharge TTAs. Thank you to the RFH pharmacy team.

در این روزهای تاریک و ناگوار، دل من با دل‌های شماست. دردتان را احساس می‌کنم، شجاعت‌تان را می‌ستایم، و به روح بزرگ و استوار ملت‌مان ایمان دارم. در حالی‌که سایه‌ی جنگ بر سرزمین‌مان افتاده، می‌خواهم بدانید که تنها نیستید. نیروی ما در اتحادمان، در تاریخ پرشکوه‌مان، و در اراده‌ی شکست ‌ناپذیرمان نهفته است.

ایران، سرزمینی که بارها از آزمون‌های سخت عبور کرده، هر بار با عزت و شکوهی بیشتر برخاسته است. بیایید در این روزهای دشوار، عشق‌مان را به یکدیگر حفظ کنیم، از بی‌گناهان محافظت کنیم، و شعله‌ی امید را در دل خانه‌هایمان روشن نگاه داریم.

باشد که صلح به زودی بازگردد، و آینده‌ای روشن‌تر از گذشته برای ایران عزیز رقم بخورد. من، همیشه در کنار شما هستم.

[1] This is a very difficult post to write, but I feel it's an important one. The ongoing conflict involving Iran and Israel has been incredibly heavy for Iranians everywhere - both those inside the country and those of us living abroad.

Today marked the end of my first internship this summer at the NCPE. I'm deeply grateful to all the staff and especially my supervisors for their guidance and support over the past few weeks.

A novel drinking water intervention led by RCSI has resulted in the dispensing of over 900 litres of water and a 90% reduction in single-use waste.

The project also saw improved hydration-related knowledge of 16% in children and 18% in parents.
