For five years, I was held hostage, cut off from the world, and my life took a surreal turn. But today, I’m free, and the feeling is beyond words. It’s a reminder that even in the darkest depths, there’s a glimmer of hope.

Gratitude isn’t a lesson; it’s my daily companion. It’s the way I see the sunrise, the warmth of family, and the joy of simple moments. It’s a treasure, not to be hoarded, but to be shared.

So, today, as I embark on this journey of reflection, I encourage you to find your own path to gratitude. It’s not about teaching, it’s about living. It’s about cherishing the freedom we all too often take for granted.

Embracing Challenges, Celebrating Triumphs: Sharing My Journey of Transformation

Yesterday I was in my daily swimming sessions that I have decided to do every night not only for exercise , also as part of my healing therapy.

When I’m swimming I image letting behind that persons that was confined during my captivity during my Hostage situation and dissolve it in the water

Today I decided to share a deeply personal chapter of my life, one that has not only shaped me but has ignited a burning passion to make a difference in the lives of others.

For five years, I found myself confined in the grips of a hostage ordeal. In those moments of uncertainty, I learned the profound value of hope, faith, and love.

These forces, seemingly fragile, became my pillars of strength, guiding me through the darkest days and ultimately leading me towards liberation.

While my time in captivity was a journey I wouldn't wish upon anyone, it became the seed of my commitment to change. In a world where adversity often blindsides us, I felt compelled to reach out, to use my unique experience as a tool for transformation.

**1. Navigating New Horizons with Confidence**

Drawing from my own struggles and triumphs, I now offer CEOs and companies a compass to navigate the complexities of international travel and mitigate their risk.

I learned this because I went through that situation that happened to me during a Business trip to a Foreign Country.

This coaching program that I decided to put in place, isn't just about risk assessment; it's about empowerment.

With insights from government institutions, NGOs, and a network of change-makers, my goal is to instill confidence and security as you step into uncharted territories.

I decided to include as part of my LPSG -Life Pills for a Survivor Guide- signature coaching program, where I already offer a personalized guide to surmounting communication and employees and workplace obstacles that hinder progress in the companies

I'm not just a coach; I'm a partner on your path to resilience, someone who has faced adversity head-on and emerged stronger.

Adversity doesn't define us; our response to it does.

So I decide also to create my signature speech, and share the story of my journey with hope, faith, and love. It's my hope that my story can be a source of inspiration for others navigating their own challenges.

Through newsletters, heartfelt posts, and engaging videos, I open my heart and experiences to you, my extended community.
