➡️ Baclofen 0.5mg/kg (up to 15) div TID was well-tolerated

➡️ Baclofen led to improvement, but not superior to placebo 🤔

She completed this during fellowship!

3D anorectal manometry looks cool, but our @PedsMotility group found that it may not add much compared to our standard HR studies - at least for functional #constipation. May be a different story for kids w HD, ARM, trauma to anal sphincter, etc.

Yes! Check out Dr. Kate Hawa’s poster today (no 326). Gastric stim is a promising Tx for kids w nausea/vomiting. Temporary stim can help identify who responds. Just have to figure out the best way! ⚡️
