I'm starting to interview candidates for ai-native teams at Visa.

Here's what I'm looking for as a former Recruiter turned AI Engineer.

- knowledge of common ai tooling
- how they approach which stack to use per task
- stance on building vs buying tools
- how they decide what is worth building
- approach to resource allocation
- can they articulate the problem they are trying to solve
- how do they diagnose issues
- a time when they've decided to quit working on a problem, change their approach, etc

not bad for something that started as a hackathon pivot.
but i'm walking away from hypesino and here's why...

the regulatory stuff is part of it. scaling an onchain casino solo is a compliance nightmare i don't have the resources for.

and my brain started living in gambling. waking up thinking about house edges and payout curves. that's just not where i want my head to be.

but this isn't just one project ending. it's the end of 4 years of building alone.

i've scaled an agency to $1.5M+ in revenue. built multiple mini apps that went viral within 24 hours of release. built grant-winning protocols from scratch.

all solo.

i'm proud of all that. but i'm also tired of being lonely.
one thing i've learned is that software is never finished. the job literally never ends.

you can sprint alone or build something lasting with a team.

so yeah. done with the lone wolf thing. looking for my pack.

dev tools, ai infrastructure, something in that world.
i've got 9 years of crypto under my belt, deep product experience, and i ship fast.

to everyone who's been part of my adventures, thank you for playing. it's time for a new one.

Progress 15 days after stealth launching Hypesino as a mini app on Farcaster, where few have ever interacted with Hyperliquid or the HyperEVM.

405 unique users with a transaction✅
17,700 transactions completed✅
1st consumer app on HyperEVM✅

Next, we are implementing Privy along with a few other solutions to get web + mobile live for people outside of Farcaster.

When that happens, I'll be more active here. Until then, I'm continuing to drive momentum on the purple app.

If there's anything to takeaway from this it's around the 40 minute mark - I still believe that the most important any web3 company can make is DevRel / Solutions Architect / whatever you want to call it
