@porterairlines You need to align communications better. Departure board at YOW says on-time at 0850. SMS update says late at 0930 and gate agents saying they will have an update between 0930 and 1000. This is why customers get frustrated. Expectations are all over the place.
@ManulifeCanada Explain to me why you don't cover the Dexcom G7 Sensor when it's cheaper, technologically better and greener? In pharmacy, I pay $180 for 2 G7 sensors ($90), but $373 for 3 G6 ($128ish). I am trying to save you some money here...
