The NY Constitution, NY Discrimination Laws, and Human Rights Laws have all been violated, and courts are meant to rule on violations!

The New York Supreme Court dismissed our case! According to the court, our racial inequities in enrollment, resources, curriculum, and teaching do not violate any rights!!! They say it is not justiciable—a legal word meaning "its not the court's job."
