CRE Question:
Any ideas on an adaptive use for a vacant call center? The building is located in Waco, TX and is 14,500 SF divided into 3 separate call rooms with common area.
It is a sublet with 8 years remaining on the term. The master tenant is SSG and they are open to another call center. I am just looking for other uses.
