So I ended up paying for my plain croissant and forgoing the coffee.
Train your baristas better !

Wow! I bought a great Samsonite luggage a few years ago and unfortunately the zipper got damaged. I’m good with paying to having it repaired, but the closest authorized repair shop is 200 miles away. So much for buying a quality product.

@AmericanAir Don’t use your hard earned miles for tickets on AA, reservation agents don’t care, just like AA. It’s all about them not the traveler who is loyal to them !
