Regretfully, I flew @AmericanAir this weekend. 4 legs, delays on 1/2 the flights. Why roll out delays in 15 minutes increments even though they knew the incoming flight was still an hour+ out? Result: super overcrowded gate of irritated passengers. @Delta you got my loyalty.
