I dont know you but this is nothing but the undiluted truth. Again, it's her decision to make. Please listen to this advise ; i can absolutely tell you it's from a good place. It will save you years of regret but again it's your decision to make.
Hi @benose_ed
I know I was being too harsh but I said all I said out of how bad I felt seeing your story.
I am a pharmacist, but more so I had over a decade experience in global corporate organizations before leaving Nigeria in 2022 with my pharmacist wife.
We left ONLY cos we heard God clearly to leave; otherwise we had no reason to.
We’ve so far lived in the UK & currently in Canada.
I have seen & I know firsthand the realities of a professional abroad & one who isn’t;
I know the realities of someone with a skill-in-demand & someone who doesn’t have one;
I have seen the realities of someone who is going abroad as a student & one who isn’t.
I have seen so much within my short stay abroad, & I think I am in a position to counsel to an extent when it comes to staying abroad & all.
The only time my initial reaction is invalid is if God specifically told you to drop out of school to come to Canada or your father is a billionaire, not just a millionaire.
Otherwise, you would see somethings (I don’t want to call it shege anymore), but God in His mercies can shorten it & make things easy for you within a short while, but that you won’t see at all, that’s a lie. I am not good at lying to people to make them feel good, sorry.
Since you are coming here with a PR, I would have said do all you can to come here, get your PR card & perfect your documentations - in 2 weeks you can do all that. Since your PR is 5 years, use 1 year or so out of it to go back to Nigeria &. Conclude your degree, then jet back immediately you are done, so you can do your qualifying exams in 1 year & fit in perfectly as a pharmacist to start practicing.
At this point, you have made your choice, & all I can say is God will show you mercy quickly & favour you greatly, & make this journey easy for you. Amen 🙏

I took a piece of bread and she said “Can you mother afford this type of bread”? I was just a 13 year old boy. That sentence pierced my soul but nothing; We move!!
@ronaldnzimora@royaljosh It is just pathetic to see.
If some of these folks existed in that year and had that same access to that fund, I bet they’d never start anything close to Zenith today!
Folks just major on the minor. They thing building a business all starts and ends with access to funds
