With all the recent headlines and past destructive history and ill outcomes with the N-word usage it has been determined of the following:

BAN the N-word. No matter the RACE!
What damage is done from generations ago, we cannot change what is already done. The N-word didn’t start with the new generations, it started many many generations ago.

However,

Now it’s time to change it across the board. STOP using it.STOP teaching it. STOP saying it. It is the law. It is discriminatory and derogatory. It is unacceptable.

The “N-word”should be banned starting NOW. For ALL people.

Many use the term publicly and privately. As we have seen it for many, many generations.

We are all too smart and too mature to be using this derogatory term publicly or privately, teaching kids to say or use these kind of terms is inappropriate and irresponsible. Because of the vile usage and negative nature and burden it inflicts on black ethnic groups of people.

By using the “N-word” you are enabling a new generation to “carry on hate and further divide nations with out merit or proper mannerisms” and it degrades people of continuing on a derogatory remark and mistreatment of black ethnic groups.

•The term “n*gro”, “n*groid”, and the “hard N*****R Word” were all designed and written in a dictionary or thesaurus, with a definition that gives an abhorrent negative light upon the black race(s) of people, as a derogatory term to the black race or African decent ethnic groups, with ignorance of mis-understanding how this derogatory term can degrade a people and be divisive as a targeted term for projecting harm, mentally and psychologically because of it’s dehumanizing “ meaning”.

•The N-Word should be removed and BANNED from all newly fine print books, dictionaries, search engines, online definitions, thesauruses, atlas or printed forum.

The law regulates discriminatory behavior and it is not allowed publicly or private.

Whomever uses the N-Word should be disciplined as follows:

• If caught on video, tape or a recording , privately or publicly should be fined $200 per “N-word”.

• If the “N-word” becomes a repeated offense of the “N-Word” usage the subject or offender should be required to do a mandatory 30 days of community service, with an apology and fined $1000.00 and 1 year of probation.

• The law is the law. discriminative and derogatory terms such as the “hard N-Word, N****R” are not allowed 🚫

•Derogatory terms are learned behavior
from a parent(s), guardian or observatory
mis-treatment behavior towards black ethnic group(s) of people.

The “N-word” term is used to oppress, degrade and dehumanize human beings because of the color of their skin, which they do not have a choice in, at birth.

•This offense and discriminative term should be punishable and regulated by law on a fee scale of $200-$1000, mandatory 30 day community service with 1 year of probation.

•There are other ways to express yourself and other terms and words to say if being annoyed, bothered by unpleasant encounters or “self projected prejudice manner” because of someone’s race or ethnic background.

•STOP using the “N-word”.
Retire it from your vocabulary or it can cost you your reputation, your money, your career and respect. BE KIND.

You don’t have to like each other,
but you also should not degrade another human being, because you “want to”.

****Also Black people should stop using the “N-word” as well. It was a term design to divide, obliterate and degrade black people or black groups of people. The term “should not” be exalted in any way or loved, or redesigned to use as a greetings or salutation! Must learn some new words, new terms to communicate and educate the youth about respectful mannerisms in conversing. Open up books to learn, study to express yourselves and articulate in a better way for the next generations.
