@BetMGMSupport Sportsbook at Beau Rivage are claiming the betmgm system is down. I went to cash a winning bet and was told I couldn’t, not even at the main cage. Turns out they were lying cause I went to the main cage and they cashed it with no problem. Investigate this please.
