There are so many interesting stories in boxing away from the limelight but all we read are the same things about the same fights over and over. We need someone like the late John Feinstein to write about boxing away from the bright lights of Las Vegas abd MSG.
What's most frustrating about boxing media is that even the "independents" act exactly like the compromised media-- same stories, same tone...Jesus, people, media is failing because people are rejecting the old ways. Try something new. Take some chances. Stop being Muzak.
