@HeatherCaslin We have a formal university program through our research office for this (if the grant is big enough). We got good pre-submission feedback on an NSF MRI grant for a flow sorter. There are some consulting companies that just do grant reviews like this.

@HeatherCaslin How my university instructs us for this: Typically you would include anything you have submitted anywhere as pending. Usually you also include the current grant application as pending too, so it shouldn't be blank even if its your only submission. 1/
